Stamile Fall '06, tet, Ev-EM, re, emo, 30", 3 way branching with a bud count of 18-21; 6 1/2" deep purple with wide, flat white to gold edge. Yeah, yeah, I know...it doesn't come close to having the bud count I like but I bought this specifically to cross into my dormant John Benz things as well as some of my new Trimmer intros. And I am so glad I did! Here in the cool weather of spring, this lovely showed me green shark teeth and wild form (that I feel is workable) and plant habit and rebloom are tremendous! This is really a fun one to work with. Pollen is very good but didn't want to hang on to its pods. I will try again next year since most of my lilies are better pod setter when they have been allowed to establish. Photo taken in my garden 6/07.
