Salter, '03, tet, Sev-M, re, 32"; deep bright purple with slightly lighter watermark and white bubbly, somewhat "toothy" edge. This has better form than most of the toothed lines descending from FORTUNE'S DEAREST, and is closely related to MORT MORSS, but is a more consistent performer than MORT. COSMIC SENATION also appears to be a very solid parent. However, scapes are 36" + here and really need better branching to avoid the lollipop-on-a-stick look. Fertile both ways.
